Intensive Case Manager for S.A.I.F (Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families) The position for Intensive Case Manager is responsible for interviewing clients, obtaining pertinent information and conducting a needs assessment in order to develop an Individual Service Plan. The Case Manager will establish program goals for the client and make appropriate referrals to programs and/or other agencies to address the individual needs of the client. The Case Manager will meet with clients twice a month, provide follow up and re-assessment of client’s progress, prepare and maintain case records, and responsible for discharging the client when clients exit the program. The Case Manger will work closely with the County Board of Social Services. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week. Bachelor's degree is required. Valid NJ driver's license is required.

Family Service Association is seeking a full time Clinician to work in our Outpatient Department. The Outpatient Department is located in two locations within Atlantic County, one in Absecon and one in Egg Harbor Township. The ideal candidate for this position has a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related Master's Degree in the field of mental health along with a valid New Jersey license to practice. LSW or LAC is preferred. The Clinician will maintain a caseload of clients and provide treatment in a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family. The Clinician will also collaborate and work closely with the psychiatric staff for those receiving medication. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues, be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence based treatment, trauma informed care, treatment planning, diagnosis, and discharge planning. Excellent computer and organization skills a must.
