Family Service Association's School-Based Youth Services Program, located at Egg Harbor Township High School, is seeking a Program Manager. Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, A.C.S.W. or Master's Degree in Psychology or a related Human Services field, with a minimum of three years post-Master's experience in direct service and/or supervision.  Candidates should possess successful experience providing direct services to adolescents, exhibit sensitivity in a multi-cultural work setting, and have strong communication skills.
